The Engagement Cup is a chapter competition between the Forums with the addition of individual awards. This year’s Cup aims to promote best practice and activities that result in deeper engagement between forum members and a stronger chapter. Engagement Cup points will be awarded to individual members for their participation in chapter activities.

Member Awards At the end of each quarter, the points leader will receive $500 EO credit for Chapter Dues, Regional, Global, RLA or University Events. (maximum 1x per year per member)

Member of the Year At the end of the year, the members with the most points will receive: 1st place: $1000 off Chapter Dues 2nd place: $750 off Chapter Dues 3nd place: $500 off Chapter Dues

Quarterly Forum Awards Engagement Cup points will be tallied up for each Forum. At the end of each quarter, the Forum with the most combined Engagement Cup points will receive $1000 in cash.

Moderators must attend all moderator meetings for a Forum to qualify for Forum Awards. If a member exits a Forum, the points for the quarter will be awarded to the Forum the member belonged to at the start of the quarter.

Rules ● Points are to be submitted to chairs for approval and submitted to Karen ([email protected]) and Ashley ([email protected]) for tracking. ● You have 14 days to submit your points to the Chair to be valid. ● Notion will be shared with Moderators in real-time. ● Members of the EOOC Board of Directors are exempt from the member awards. Their points will count toward Forum awards.
