EO Members commit for the year when they sign up and the dues are non-refundable.

There are a few special cases where exceptions are considered:

  1. New Member: A new member who changes their mind in the first 90 days (this gives the chapter an easy way to exit someone who we determine isn’t a fit once they start)
  2. Transfers: If someone transfers to another EO chapter, we may refund or transfer the unused balance
  3. Loss of Business: If a member loses their business and/or declares bankruptcy, and leaves EO, we may refund the unused portion of dues
  4. Medical: If a member cannot continue due to a medical condition an exception may be considered
  5. Death: If a member passed away, a refund will be automatically processed
  6. Extreme Circumstances: This is a catch all where a case-by-case basis may be requested.

Other than things like the above, our default stance is “no refunds”. Members choosing to leave mid-year make the decision to forfeit any unused dues.

Credit card fees and other bank charges are non-refundable.
