Social Media Waiver for EO Orange County Events
By attending this event, you consent to the following EO Orange County Policies and Procedures.
- Permission to Use Image and Likeness:
- I hereby grant EO Orange County, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs and video recordings of me in connection with the event.
- I authorize EO Orange County to use and publish the same in print and/or electronically.
- I agree that EO Orange County may use such photographs and video recordings of me for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.
- I understand that I will not receive any monetary compensation for the use of my image or likeness.
- I release EO Orange County, its representatives, and employees from any liability related to the use of my image or likeness.
- Guest Policy:
- By attending this event, I agree to abide by all EO Orange County policies, including the guest policies outlined below:
- Members Only: Events that only Members are invited
- Significant Others Welcome: You may bring your spouse/significant other. We strive to maintain a safe, comfortable community of peers at all EO events. While we are happy to have you share your EO experience with those significant family members in your life, it is not permissible to bring business associates or other outsiders. If there is a person you would like to introduce to our organization as a potential member, sponsor or other strategic alliance please contact the Chapter Manager with your request.
- Key Executives: Unless stated otherwise, Key Executives must be enrolled in the Key Executive Program to attend.
- Additional Guests: By permission only
- Guests Under 21 Years Old: Guests under the age of 21 always require advance approval from the Chapter.
- RSVP Policy:
- By attending this event, I agree by all EO Orange County policies, including the RSVP policies outlined below:
- No Show Policy: Unless otherwise noted, our standing event policy states that members will be charged a $100 fine per person for no-shows. You may not be permitted to attend future EO events until you have paid your outstanding fine.
- Crash/Late RSVP Policy: If you show up for an event that you have not RSVP’d for or if you RSVP less than 48 hours prior to the event, you will be charged a $50 fine per person for crash/late RSVP.
- Event Attendance Policy: In order to attend events, Members must keep a current credit card on file, be a member in good standing, complete a Release of Claims form, and agree to all policies.
- Governing Law:
- This waiver is governed by the laws of the State of California and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof.
